Reminder:  The gym will be closed on Saturday 8/4.  Come out to CrossFit Wilmington to cheer on your friends and raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project!  Doors open at 9 a.m.

Back Squat 5 RM

Complete 3 rounds:

Row 250 m
30 KBS
20 Burpees
10 Toes to bar

Rest 4 minutes between rounds.
