Dan Domin's brother turned me on to your site for the WODs. For today's WOD, do you recommend doing 4 sets of one exercise before moving on to the next or kind of super set them?
Do them as super-sets...10 squats, 10 bench presses, 10 pull-ups, etc. Go heavier each round. Every set should be a challenge. rest as needed. Good luck!
