Friday's results.  Nice lifting everyone!

WOD:

Max reps in 2 minutes:  Deadhang pull-ups

Max reps of push-ups (Rest in up position only)

For time:  50 KBS (arms parallell; use as large of a kettlebell as safely possible)

2 minutes for max distance:  Sled push 45/90
