Today we will be testing your 1 rep maxes on these three lifts. Be ready to lift heavy! If you are new to the gym, we are not going to push you to a true one-rep-max. Come in anyway! Please show up on time or even a few minutes early, as this is a lot to squeeze in in one hour!...and yes, if you want to do a met con afterwards, by all means, go ahead! Have a great Friday!
