WOD:

Power Snatch:  work up to a heavy double

then

On the minute for 12 minutes:

1 Power snatch

2 Overhead squats

then

100 Hollow rocks


Oly lifting:

Hang Snatch 3x3

Clean and Jerk 6x1

Front Squat heavy single

Snatch deadlift 4x3
