Dre pulls Isabel and then some on the sled.

Nutrition Class @ 7 p.m.

Come learn about Paleo nutrition and also find out more information about what Custom Fit Meals has to offer!  Get the most out of your training and hard work by making sure you are fueling your body with the right things!  Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do.  Don't be in the dark about what to eat.  There is no charge for this class, and everyone is welcome.  There will be no regular 7 p.m. WOD.

WOD:

5x5 Deadhang pullup

then

5 rounds:
200 ft. farmer's carry (as heavy as possible)
100 ft. sled push
100 ft. sprint

Oly Lifting:

Back Squat 
-heavy single
-start at 70% and work up to heavy triple (minimum 3x3)
-2x5@50% fast!
