WOD:
Power Clean to Push Press: work up to heavy triple
then
5 minute AMRAP of the complex:
1 power clean
2 hang power cleans
3 push presses
4 back squat thrusters
*Use 65% of heavy triple
Olympic lifting:
Hang Snatch 3x3
Jerk 5x1
Front Squat up to heavy single, then a heavy triple working up from 70%
