Adding bands to the deadlift increases resistance in the upper portion of the lift.  We miss you Josh!


WOD:

Power Clean:  work up to a heavy single

then

On the minute for 15 minutes:

2 Power cleans 
2 Front Squats

*Start at 65% and work up as form allows.
