We are working with Custom Fit Meals to bring affordable, delicious, high-quality, paleo food right inside the doors of the gym for you to pick up at your convenience.

 10-8-6-4-2

Back Squat

Press

Dead hang pull-up


*Go heavier than 8/20

 

Move from each exercise to the next with as little rest as possible.

Rest 2-3 minutes between each round.

Clean the first press of every set.

Add weight as needed on pull-ups.

Use roughly 70% of 5 RM for your sets of 10, and work your way up from there.
