Saturday open gym: 9-12. 

Closed Monday

WOD:

Bench Press 4x8
Do a max set of dead-hang pull-ups after every set.

Complete 4 rounds:
100 ft. sled push 
2x100 ft. sprint
Rest 2-3 minutes
