Saturday open gym: 9-12

Come in with a buddy Saturday between 9 and noon and bust out this partner WOD! Don't have a buddy? Split it in half, and do it anyways!:

 

"The Hangover Cure"

 

Row 2000 m

100 Wall Balls

80 Weighted lunges 45/25

60 Push-ups

40 V-ups

20 Box jumps

Run 400 m

 

*1 Person works while the other rests, except for the run, which must be completed together



Friday's WOD:

Overhead Squat:  work up to a heavy single

then

400 m Run

2 min. Sled push for distance 90/50

2 min.  Max hand-release push-ups

*Rest as needed between events.
