If you are interested in becoming more proficient in the Olympic lifts, specifically the snatch, come out this Wednesday for some hands on technical instruction with our very own Fabry, who is a former Italian national champion weightlifter.  Sign up at the gym!

WOD:

3x5 Back Squat @ 70% 5RM
3x5 Bench Press @ 90% 5RM

then

4 rounds:

30 KB Power swings
Rest 90 seconds

Be ready to set some PRs on Thursday and Friday!  We will be going for new 5 rep maxes in the bench press and back squat, as well as doing "DT" again.  Compare to your 5 rep maxes set on 6/28 and "DT" on 6/29.
