WOD:

Power clean 5x1 (work up to a max)

then

On the minute for 8 minutes:

2 Power cleans @ 80%
3 box jumps

then

4 Stationary Sled Pulls
Go as heavy as possible.

*These will be done standing inside a box.  The sled will be pulled with a 100' rope.
