One of these would have been impressive...let alone 15.  Aside from being pretty incredible, there are some life lessons to be learned from this video.  Number one, is stop making excuses...now.  At 71 years old, this guy is stronger than most people would ever imagine becoming, even in their so-called "prime".  He obviously doesn't let a number called age stop him from doing anything. The second thing to be learned from this video is that we shouldn't think of fitness as a destination.  It is not an end state that we strive to reach.  It is a journey, a daily battle that sharpens us and makes us more resilient.  It is a habit, that if adopted can improve the quality of our lives and give us a vigor and vitality that will last even in to our latest of years.  So don't stop...ever.  Keep going.  Keep fighting.  Never give up.

On a side note:  If you want to try an ab-wheel rollout, come see me, and I will show you how.  If you have a really strong core, you might be able to do one from your knees.

Great post Keith. That thought process about Health as a life long pursuit is something that I need to keep in mind when an injury is nagging me. Instead of trying to "push through the pain"... if you think about health and fitness as "not a destination"... it would make it easier to let the injury heal itself before diving back into hard core training.
