WOD:
Press 5 RM
Pull-up 5 RM
then
On the minute for 15 minutes:
1 Power snatch
2 Dead-hang pull-ups
*Work up as technique allows on the snatch. Add weight/assistance as needed for pull-ups.
The gym will be closed on Saturday 8/4. Come join us at CrossFit Wilmington for the Coastal Clash! Athletes from PCCF will be competing in an Olympic lifting event. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. Everyone is welcome to participate or spectate! Doors open at 9 a.m. See you there!
