Participants in last weeks' olympic lifting class practice their split jerk skills. The class was led by our own, Fabry, who is a former member of the Italian national weightlifting team.
WOD:
Power Clean and Jerk: Work up to a heavy single
then
8 rounds for time:
5 Hang power cleans*
5 Box jumps
*Use roughly 65% of your heavy single
