Eric looking solid in the bottom of a snatch during last week's OTM WOD.
WOD:
5x5 Back squat (use 90% of 5 RM for sets across)
5x5 Bench press (use 90% of 5 RM for sets across)
20 dead hang pull-ups (break into sets of 4-5)
