Josh and Frankie doing some wall balls in the rain.
WOD:
5 RM Back Squat (add 5-10 lbs.)
5 RM Press (add 2-5 lbs.)
5 RM Dead-hang pull-up
Do a minimum of 3-4 warm-up sets. Attempt to set your new 5 RM with only 1 working set.
