WOD:
On the minute for 20 minutes:
1 Power snatch; start light and work up as technique and speed allow
then
6x40 yd Sled Push; keep it light, and move fast!
Be sure to stay hydrated! Once you get to the gym, it is too late to make up for not drinking water all day. Not only is it dangerous to not keep up with your water intake in this heat, it will negatively affect your performance.
A good rule of thumb is to drink half of your bodyweight in ounces of WATER a day, and don't forget about electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magensium, and calcium are all important to maintaining your hydration during these hot summer months.
