-Use 85% of 5 RM for sets across. If you didn't test your 5 RM last week, work up to a heavy set of 5.
-Work up to a heavy set of 5.
20 dead hang pull-ups
-Break into sets of 4-5 and go as heavy as possible
This is week 1 of our new program, so be conservative with selecting your weights. The easiest way to stall your progress on this program is to go too heavy too soon.
