5 rounds for time: 
12 deadlifts
9 hang power cleans
6 push jerks


Choose your weight carefully!  The goal of this WOD is to bring a high-level of intensity, so pick a weight that will not slow you down too much.  Have fun! 


Saturday open gym will be from 9-12.
