Heidi sets up for a 130 lb. clean and jerk.

WOD:

Find your 5 rep max for the following:

Back Squat

Bench Press

Dead-hang pull-up

Your 5 rep max is the heaviest set of 5 repetitions that you can complete with good form.  Try to reach your 5 RM for each movement in 3 sets or less (less is better).  These don't need to be heavy to the point of having to struggle extremely hard.  The goal is to establish a baseline for us to go off of for the next 8 weeks.
