Great work today everyone!  We had lots of PR's set today, and many more to come tomorrow.  Saturday open gym will be from 9-12. 


Homework:   Read this.

 

Friday's WOD:

Front Squat: Max reps

Deadlift:  Max reps in one minute

Burpees:  5 minute AMRAP
