Rest day! It's been almost 6 weeks, and we are coming to the end of this training cycle! Be ready to re-test next Thursday and Friday. You guys have been working hard, and I am sure we will see lots of great improvements. Be prepared for a new list of events to train hard for over the next 6 weeks!
